Forestry Operations since 1984
History
Originally established in 1984 as a reforestation company, Dorsey Contracting Inc. planted millions of trees in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario.
Over the years we have been involved in many aspects of silviculture including site preparation, tree planting and pre-commercial brush thinning.
We have established a reputation for quality, excellence and safety within the industry. We have maintained our certification with Safe Workplace Ontario (SWO) since 2003.
Site Preparation
From 1995 to present, site preparation work continues as the main company activity. We operate 3 John Deere skidders equipped with Donaren hydraulic disc trenchers to site prepare ground across North Western Ontario
